The Workshop was established in 1979. The Principal, Alexander Artsybushev, and the leading artist, Elena Timofeeva, are both members of the Moscow Union of Artists. The workshops produce stained glass art and windows, metal wares, glass mosaic and combination work in various materials. Stained glass art work is carried out using several techniques: classical, tiffany, "in mollio", "sintering", as well as original artists' techniques. Applications for stained glass art include to niches, windows, doors, partitions, screens, forged lattices, etc. Art metal work uses black and non-ferrous metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper and brass to produce furniture, fixtures, lustres, decorative compositions, art lattices etc.
Also hot enamels may be used in stained glass windows of brass, copper, bronze or cupronickel. The glass mosaic technique is used to produce table tops, mosaic pictures and picturesque panels. We make and sell brass came.
