Welcome to the Digital Direct clearance sale department. You will find some great products at some unbelievable prices. All the products in this department will be Open Box and ‘A’ Grade products. All are covered by the manufacturers guarantee for a minimum of 12 months depending on the manufacturer’s guarantee policy. Please note before purchasing that you fully understand the definitions below.
Open Box (OB)
All Open Box Items are products that customers have originally purchased and have decided not to keep them and returned the product for an exchange or refund. In this instance the customer has to pay for its return and we will then resell this product at a loss to clear. These products may have been opened, unboxed and plugged in the mains for a short period of time. When the product is returned to us we will it inspected by a qualified engineer and re-packaged in the packaging it was returned to us in.
