Assists the Director of Procurement, in the documentation of current conditions for the various sub-processes in the Requisition-to-Pay process including inventory control.
• Develops cost savings plans, obtains buy in and tracks progress towards the plan
• Monitors the performance of Procurement and Materials function, identifies opportunities for improvement and implements them
• Understands the BU commodity spend structure and defines commodities to be purchased by the BU Procurement team.
• Leads and manages the work of the BU Procurement team (BU commodity leverage and site buy):
• Marketing researches
• Provides full support on any special project/activities initiated by the BU’s.
• Leads and manages location Warehouses as required by the BU.
